FOOD: Tous Les Jours, WOLO Bukit Bintang, KL

I always passed by bangsar and saw tous les jours (first branch) but never have the chance to try it and now there is another branch in WOLO bukit bintang, so I made my move to try it with my beloved fatass sister.

Tous Les Jours (TLJ), pronounced as "Too-Lay-Joor" means "Everyday" is a French inspired Korean Bakery. When I first stepped inside TLJ, the hostess greeted us with "annyeonghasheyo". And again I've done my research about TLJ, most of the people commented their service is slow. I actually think it was quite ok except queuing up to pay for the breads, they took real long.

various of cakes, I personally feel the price is reasonable.

TLJ in Wolo Bukit Bintang is huge & comfy to have our meals, waiters are friendly but most of them not really understand what am I asking.

*pay for your breads/pastries/cakes & beverages at the first floor.
*if you want to order salads, soups or main courses, move to the second floor.
*they don't have the "occupied" board like levain, suggest you to walk around and look for your bread first

Oh yah, never forget to mention, their macaroons are quite expensive which is 1 for RM4.50 :OOO

Our orders:

#1 Devil's food cake (RM10.50) - chocolate lover fav cake, too bad too full for my sis & I to finish it but the chocolate wasn't too sweet and yep, not bad//

#2 Strawberry milk break (RM3.80) - Saw a lot recommended this yet I didn't try cause I took away to home & not sure is it cannot leave overnight since the bread was freshly made, the next morning when I wanted to eat then busuk d :(

#3 Mushroom soup (RM8.90) - I recommended this! Rich with mushrooms and super creamy.

#4 Croissant (RM3.30) & #5 Pain Au Chocolate (RM3.90)

#6 Hot Mocha (RM9.00)

#7 Wolo Egg Benedict (RM9.90) - I don't like this whole plate of egg benedict, the egg was beyond half boiled, salad with vinegar tasted weird. Thou the price is surprisingly cheap if compare to others restaurant but...

Pretty disappointed, guess I'll only eat their breads & cakes next time :/

Abit kisiao brunch for 2, all thanks to my fatass sister. At the end, we couldn't finish // great

Special edition: Short post about Honey Toast at Uniquecap, PJ.

Strawberry Brownie (RM25) - sorry if you don't see any of strawberry because they don't have strawberry anymore and they exchanged with idk what.

I purchased voucher from groupon again, and I bought RM9 for RM20 because I wanted to try the honey toast that rarely in malaysia or maybe this is the only shop has honey toast. It costed RM25 for every honey toast and yupppp!! It worth the penny!

Perhaps it's a little over priced but since this is the only shop serves honey toast, I think spend a little more it's ok unless you're going to taiwan szziling brownie to try the real honey toast lol

Overall, the toast was real good, chocolate ice cream was hidden inside the toast then the moment you chopped it, omg, indescribable.

TRIP: Taiwan Trip - Day 2 (Taipei > Hualien)

Hi peepooo! Here comes the Day 2 in Taiwan. Realizing my blog posts are only about foods and some random shitzz things, can't blame, I have not much fashion sense to talk about fashions, didn't put on make up to make tutorial, don't have any talented thing to share about..like literally useless. Okay stop nagging, nagging doesn't help me to be more brilliant.

Sunshine from Taipei, so refreshing. Miss the weather there :(

First Destination: 中正纪念堂 // Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall

A famous monument // tourist attraction erected by the former President, Chiang Kai-Shek (蒋介石)

Second Destination: 忠烈祠 // National Revolutionary Martyr's Shrine

It took about 20 minutes to let us visit only, basically nothing special but "changing the guard" is the only thing that attracts the tourists. We were lucky enough to watch the "changing the guard", and I filmed it, the video is around 5 minutes (your choice want to watch it or not)

Tour guide asked do they blink their eyes since they can't move at all, and the answer is they do blink their eyes. Perhaps he was a new guard thats why not professional enough :P

Third Destination: 故宫博物馆 // National Palace Museum

Didn't take any pics in this freaking museum cause I think all the museums are the same with a tons of chinese ancient artworks, just straight to the point, I hate historical stories. Therefore, I didn't really care about what the tour guide said.

Fourth Destination: 伍角船板餐厅

I just couldn't believe this is a restaurant, I thought it was a museum or unique building but for sure not a restaurant, salute to the owner (Y)

Sweet potato rice (地瓜饭)

Handmake mochi, yummehh

Salt tang yuen (咸汤圆)

Definitely not 4 dishes only lahh, just that i paiseh to take more pics cause everyone was eating. But their dishes were delicious, and loved the interior design which impressed me a lot.

Fifth Destination: 宜兰车站 // Yilan Station

Experienced the train life from Taipei to Hualien and it took around 45 mins? or 1 hour? or more than 1 hour...

Sixth Destination: 花莲市区大街

Yumyummeh pearl milk tea, no doubt, this is the best pearl I have ever tried before, duh, miss the pearl milk tea so much, costed only 250ntd. And that was famous 曾记mua chi (sorry idk how to spell in pinyin)
